Hello and welcome to the brand new Ashton Hall Garden Centre website and blog. Here you will find news, updates, gardening advice and inspiration for your home.

First we’d like to tell you a little bit about us and what we are all about. We’re an independent garden centre based in the countryside just outside of historic Lancaster, so if you haven’t been here before, you can imagine that it’s rather picturesque. On our gardening side we offer a broad range of plants; popular varieties and also more unusual choices (both inside and outdoor) that you may not find anywhere else – a trait that flows throughout our shop.

Our interiors and lifestyle section is where we like to showcase some of the most exciting brands in retail (both small independent companies and more established names). With a focus on design-led products, it is important to us that we offer something unique that you can’t find on the high street and we absolutely love putting together displays!

The cafe is where we get to show off our culinary skills – especially in our cakes – we are well-known for our lemon meringue pie, sticky ginger cake and, of course, our scones. You can also pick up some treats from our food section, which again features independent suppliers and British products.
